I've been having a great time recreating our new home with the wonderful Ayurveda colors from AFM Safecoat.  I feel so good about what we are doing together here, I mean all of us.  I feel like they are my partner in green living.  I went to their website and began exploring their colors, knowing full well they produce some of the most beautiful nontoxic paints, and I just wanted to experience the vivid colors this totally green company delivers.  Ana and I picked out a number of colors from their Ayurveda series.  The colors come with names like namaste and calm and they deliver so much vibrant beautiful tone to the home now that we are done with the first leg of our renovation, I just could not help but report on how much I love these paints.  You always worry about off gasing when you paint because that is what paints do:  they offgas, and those volatile organic chemicals, or VOCs as they are known, often contain micro traces of toxins, but AFM-Safecoat creates paints that you just do not breathe.  They just do not offgas like those other brands.  But the colors are something else.  What I saw online was what was delivered, so close.  That was great.  The house is becoming our home, for all of us, and I really feel that AFM Safecoat has been a big part.  If you want to do some painting or nontoxic wood finishing, this is the company.  They are great.
